Deborah Neuhs Deborah’s love of weaving began when she entered the Boulder Arts and Crafts Cooperative at the age of 18. Having never even seen a loom, a rack of beautifully woven coats located near the front of the shop captured her attention. She knew immediately that she wanted to learn how they were made. Deborah then pursued her study of weaving and art in college and through specialized classes and workshops. More than 15 years later she is now weaving and teaching art and music full time. After weaving for Aboutcolor for many years, Deborah took over the interiors portion of Aboutcolor in 2018 to combine her loves of art and business. She and Judy still work together closely and enjoy spending time together designing and making textiles. The work with Aboutcolor Home has given her the opportunity to pursue this love of weaving as part of her occupational work and to glorify God by bringing art and beauty into people’s homes and lives.
